Our mentor and guide Dr. R C Sharma, having more than five decades of experience in corporate, management and research, has authored several books in the area of management. He has been honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Confederation of Indian Universities (CIU), Commonwealth of Vocational Education and Research (COVER) and the International Association of Educators for World Peace (IAEWP) for his outstanding contribution in the area of educational planning and administration.
